  • Record and transcribe medical consultations
  • Generate structured clinical notes from audio recordings
  • Allow editing and customization of clinical documentation
  • Integrate with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
  • Store and manage clinical documentation

3. Eligibility

To use Attreo, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized staff member
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

4. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Patient Consent: You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from patients for recording consultations, in accordance with applicable laws and institutional policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and your professional licensing requirements.
  • Confidentiality: You must maintain the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Pricing and Billing

7.2 Free Trial

  • Free trials are available for new users
  • At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials

7.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access until the end of the paid period
  • Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Attreo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including audio recordings and clinical notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining HIPAA compliance. For Enterprise customers, we offer Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and custom data processing terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Transcriptions will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet all your requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected

Attreo is not a medical device and should not be relied upon for clinical decision-making. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTREO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or death
  • Errors or omissions in content
  • Any unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attreo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your failure to obtain proper patient consent

13. Termination
